Adecco Italia spa is currently looking for a Recruiter to be involved in the HR department based in Genoa, for prestigious Italian Multinational Company.
Main tasks
• Daily recruitment activities (jobs posting, CVs screening, interviews with both junior and experienced candidates) for all the Italian subsidiaries
• Identification and implementation of new, faster and leaner recruitment practices and tools
• Participation in careers fairs
Desired skills and experience
• University Degree preferably in Psychology, Education, Communication, Political Sciences
• Previous experience in complex organizations is a must, mainly focused on recruitment and selection process
• Experience of recruitment handling a high volume hiring would be advantageous
• Knowledge and use of different selection tools (behavioural interview, group interview, tests…)
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, web navigation and social media
• Good communication skills and aptitude to team working
