Prestigious company looking for an internship, based in Genoa, in the Corporate Learning sector:
The successful candidate will be introduced to a dynamic and multisciplinary environment, in which work activities are fast-paced and challenging.
The candidate will learn and practice different aspects related to the corporate learning field, specifically he/she will be part of the planning, monitoring and organization of activities related to the learning initiatives and events realized within the Corporate Learning and Talent Acquisition Strategy Organizational Unit.
Educational objectives:
• Train learning material making capabilities and skills
• Practice and develop organizational skills, such as organize training initiatives and events
• Practice and develop digital learning skills, such as content creation and production management (i.e. design new sections in
our digital e-learning Academy, etc.)
• Practice and develop communication skills, including interaction with both internal and external clients, etc.
• Learn how to understand the client's needs
Requirements:
• Passion for continuous learning
• University degree (Bachelor in Education and Training Sciences/Communication Sciences)
• Knowledge of DOCEBO Platform would be a plus
• Knowledge of Instructional design courses and digital learning would be a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, Word)
• Good level of English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities and proactivity
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Good communication skills, teamwork and creativity
